Do I need to be home for regular pest service?
No. Unless you have ants inside or German cockroaches, the pests on the outside of the home will walk over the perimeter treatment we will do.
How much does it cost for you to come back if we still have pests?
There is a 30 day guarantee for general pests. General pests include ants, cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches), crickets, earwigs, silverfish, and spiders.
If the inside of the house is treated, do I need to leave?
No. The pesticides are safe for children and pets. Avoid the treated areas until dry. Pets will be curious and come up to the spray but they will not be interested in it and leave it alone.
What areas of the house do you treat on a regular service?
We will do the perimeter of the house against the house, around the pool if you have one, in the water boxes, and then wherever you would like on the inside of the house including the garage.
What kind of discounts do you offer?
We will give senior discounts upon request. Regular customers who pay a year in advance will receive a free month of service.
You say you don't have contracts but I want regular services. What do you offer?
We perform regular services for any customers that want them. It is best to get service once per month because the pesticides will wear off after about a month. We also offer bi-monthly, quarterly, and one-time services. You tell us what you want and we'll get it done.
Do I need service in the winter?
Cockroaches, excluding German cockroaches, generally will disappear in the winter. Other than that, all the other pests will still be around.
